Day #193:How to Achieve ALL Your 2014 Goals II

It’s day 7 of 2014. Okay I promise I will stop writing about achieving goals right after today. As a continuation of yesterday’s post. I want to share 3 more set of tactics to help you make 2014 extraordinary.

Tactic #5: Join A Mastermind. You can’t do it alone. Studies have shown that when you speak out your goals to people you know who can hold you accountable; you are more likely to achieve them because of the shame of looking like a failure. A mastermind not only does this, it could be a network of support to help you in case you get stuck.

Tactic #6: Outlearn Last Year’s Self. The real key to executing flawlessly on every one of your 2014 goals is to outlearn and outthink who you were last year. As you think better, you’re certain to perform better. And all it takes is one new insight or idea–strongly acted on–to take you to a completely different place mentally+physically+financially+socially and spiritually this New Year. So do what the most successful people on the planet do: invest in your learning and self-education.

Tactic #7:Discipline.Self-discipline is the key to personal greatness. It is the magic quality that opens all doors for you, and makes everything else possible. With self-discipline, the average person can rise as far and as fast as his talents and intelligence can take him. But without self-discipline, a person with every blessing of background, education and opportunity will seldom rise above mediocrity. Thomas Huxley says:‘Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not.’
