Post #5:Day #288:We Secretly Wreck Ourselves : In this post, I explored the age old concept of self sabotage. We set ourselves some really good goals and we work hard to keep them. Then suddenly we create conditions, rationals or excuses for why breaking that goal is not such a bad idea. This happens  to most of us. It still happens to me.
